This recipe is so easy and delicious your family will never complain about having this for dinner. This simple Soet Curried potato dish is a must try. You could also use regular potatoes if you don't want it sweet. Either way it is delicious.

6 Sweet Potato / Regular Potato
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
1 Tbls Curry powder
Royco Cook-in-sauce Creamy Beef Stroganoff
1 Tbls Coriander, chopped
Dash of Vinegar
Oil for frying
250ml Boiling water
Peel and Chop Potatoes. Boil for 10 minutes.
Fry the potatoes in the oil until they are crispy.
Put aside.
Fry the chopped onion until soft, and then add the curry powder and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the cook-in-sauce, the water and vinegar, then bring to a boil. Stir until it has thickened.
When ready to serve, pour the sauce over the potatoes and top it off with a sprinkle of corriander.
