Shipping Rates for Food (USA): Our shipping rates are based on the value of your order. Please note the following shipping rates do not apply to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and/or Alaska.
Less than US$35.00 = $24.99 shipping
$35-$69.99 = $19.99 shipping
$70-98.99 = $17.49 shipping
$99+ = Only $14.89 shipping
+$12.87 for shipments over 20Kg and requiring multiple packages.
Shipping Rates for Non-Food Items: Free USA-wide shipping on all Home Décor, Apparel, Accessories, Cookware & Other Non-Food Items.
We ship worldwide! All our food ships out from BC, Canada and all non-food items are shipped from partner fulfillment facilities located across the USA, Canada, Europe & China.
Over 96% of our orders arrive within 4-8 business days across the USA.

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving them unless otherwise noted. The following shipping times apply once your order has actually been shipped.
USA Mainland: 3-10 business days
Puerto Rico, Alaska, & Hawaii: 5-12 business days

Refunds, Replacements & Ordering

Please include your email, order # and clearly list the items that were missing from your order and a dedicated customer support agent will resolve your issue as soon as possible.
Unfortunately no. We cannot refund orders that are delayed in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to delays by the carrier, incorrect shipping information provided, or
At least 18 business days must pass for an order to be deemed as lost and eligible able for refund/replacement.
Most definitely! We are so sorry our hard working packers missed that! Just let our customer support know which items were expired, what the dates were, and your order #. Please note our agents are very busy and may not get the chance to reply before they automatically issue you a refund for the expired items.
When an item is missing, we may only be able to offer 2 options, a refund or a gift card with a little extra on it. We unfortunately cannot send all missing items in a separate shipment after the fact.
For example, if one Beacon Fizzer Pop ($0.49) was missing from your order, we will be unable to ship you the product in a separate package as this would not be economically sustainable for us. In this scenario, we will only be able to offer you a refund or a gift card with extra amount.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items. If you received incorrect items or your items arrived damaged, please take the appropriate steps as listed above.
