Remove the sausage roll from parchment paper to thaw. Thaw sausage roll. Place sausage roll on parchment paper to bake. Whisk an egg (egg wash), brush the sausage roll with the egg wash, and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees or until golden brown. The egg wash is to enhance the color of the sausage roll.
