Chakalaka Roasted Red Cabbage Steaks

Chakalaka Roasted Red Cabbage Steaks with Mixed Seeds

Ingredients

  • 125 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 packet KNORR Chakalaka Soup
  • 1 large red cabbage, cut into 1cm slices
  • 80 ml plain yogurt
  • 65 g mixed seeds, for sprinkling

Instructions:

 15 min
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix the olive oil and KNORR Chakalaka and rub over the cabbage steaks.
  3. Arrange on a lined baking tray and roast in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until just tender.
  4. Serve the steaks with the yogurt and sprinkled with the seeds.
