• 1Tbsp curry powder or more

• 1 Medium Diced Onion

• 2 medium tomatoes diced

• 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon

• 1 1/2 Tsp paprika

• 3 green cardamom pods

• 8 ounces of potatoes cleaned and cut into cubes

• 15 ounce can chickpeas rinsed and drained

• ½Tsp cayenne pepper

• 11/2 cup or more chicken broth or water

• Salt and pepper to taste
