Red #2 Potjie Pot

I love my new Red Enamel #2 Potjie pot! No seasoning required, just wash it and cook in it. After using standard Dutch Ovens for years, I love the way the potjie works! I've made braised short ribs a couple of times, and it's foolproof. Since they are tender to begin with, I only had to cook them a couple of hours. Perfect both times. And I cheated, using it on my gas range. The three legs are perfect for that. I also got a non-enamel potjie and will season it and get started with it soon. Thanks Aubergine Foods!
