How to Use
- Cut the meat into strips and weigh
- Calculate spice required @ 45g/kg of cut meat
- Optional: add Worchester Sauce or Vinegar or both @ 50g per 100g meat. Jimmy’s Sauce can also be added to taste
- Mix the meat and spice well, cover and refrigerate overnight
- Hang to dry
