Our Cape Malay Curry Cook-in-Sauce is a mildly spiced, fruity Cape Malay curry sauce. Serve with caramelised onion, fresh tomato and onion sambal, coriander yoghurt and your favourite chutney. Use to make biryani or to marinate lamb or chicken strips, or serve in a roti.
