Great, nostalgic memories of breakfast growing up in Africa many moons ago… my Dad made Maltabella at least once a week for our breakfast and I know he is so glad to see me making this now!

Bringing boarding school to Canada

I was in boarding school for my whole high school career. One of my most favourite breakfasts was Maltabella porridge (after I learned to acquire the taste). I raised my kids on this porridge and I was so pleased that I can still continue serving this to my kids (and myself) even in Canada.
