Name: Niel Joubert Shiraz 

Description: Received 30% oaking in old French 225 litre barriques for 24 months. The wine has a deep scarlet colour and cascading aromas of black fruit, dark chocolate, leather and savoury notes. This concentrated wine has structured tannins and well-integrated acidity with bold flavours of fruitcake and spice. It is a polished wine with excellent varietal typicity.

Ready to enjoy, but will improve with time in the bottle.

Enjoy with Creamy beef fillet tagliatelle with parmigiano, Black mussels, Springbok (Venison) carpaccio with chakalaka and cheese
